This module introduces VerdanTech’s standardised file structure system, designed to streamline collaboration, maintain consistency across projects, and safeguard sensitive information. New team members will learn how to navigate and manage our two main folders – Client and VerdanTech – understanding the purpose and contents of each subfolder within client directories, including areas like Social Media, Website, Strategy, Branding, and Meeting Notes.

You will also be trained on managing the VerdanTech internal folder, which includes essential documents such as contracts, passwords, and service-level agreements. Proper use of this structure ensures seamless onboarding, faster access to materials, and more efficient project handovers.

By the end of the course, you’ll be confident in file naming conventions, secure sharing protocols, and maintaining an orderly digital workspace that supports high-quality service delivery.

This course equips VerdanTech team members with the knowledge and tools to maintain exceptional quality across all marketing deliverables — from creative design to technical execution and post-launch performance.

Learners will follow a clear, role-specific QA flow: Builder → Peer Reviewer → Client Success Manager (assigned to the client). Each stage of the process is covered in detail, including how to initiate QA, apply general and channel-specific checks, manage final sign-off, integrate client feedback, and validate campaign performance after launch.

The course also reinforces best practices for small agencies, such as separating creation and review roles, leveraging checklists, prioritising high-stakes deliverables, and turning lessons into process improvements.
